Sublease of apartment

Members wishing to rent (sublease / secondary lease) his condominium must have the approval of the Board.

An application must be made to the association should be aware of your condominium is leased out and for having knowledge about who lives in the apartment. The condominium association should always have current contact information for both the residents and to the member. You as the owner of the residence is always responsible, even when the apartment is subleased, for that the association may enter the apartment if necessary as well as for any damage and disturbances that arise.

The application shall consist of a signed application with reasons and a signed rental agreement (of all parties).

In attached information folder (Information to You as secondary tenant in our association) have we gather valuable information which we think you need as secondary tenant in one of the association condominiums.

Please note that if you rent or lend the apartment without board approval, you risk to forfeit the right to use the apartment. The association has the right to dismiss you for moving out. You can also be evicted and the apartment sold through coercion.
