Boundary Delimitation Rules

The boundary delimitation rules (in Swedish “Gränsdragningsregler”) clarifies what is condominium association's responsibility and what is the member, the resident, responsibility regarding the care and maintenance of apartments and property. The list should be seen as a comprehensive orientation and deviation can be determined by the Board in individual cases. All that is not listed is the association's responsibility.
