Error in the apartment (such as heat, water, sewage, ventilation, electricity, doors and windows), in the house (lights, gates, etc.), broken lights in the elevators or outdoors (eg inner courtyard) to be notified to association's technical manager: Driftia Förvaltning AB

Vermin/pest and old house borer
When you identify possible vermin/pest and old house borer (In Swedish “Skadedjur och husbock”) in your apartment you should contact Anticimex as soon as possible (the condominium association have this covered via our property insurance).
